time to hit the panic button.

i meant to post yesterday about melissa's dad's birthday but you know saturdays are always so busy. okay. so on friday i went for melissa's dad's brithday thing. they had barbeque and stuff. was nice and everything. but i suppose the highlight of the night was the 9 cakes melissa's dad got. yes. NINE. i've got them all on camera.

after all the cutting and everything we went up to watch simpsons. the movie. and once again melissa's dvds fail us. seriously. but i had to go home a little while after that so it didn't really matter i guess.

saturdays were busy as usual with tuiton and french. after french puiyi came over and we went for jazz fest. got there quite early and we sat around with azuri until the others came. during that time, we watch some japanese people prance around on the stage, 'dancing'. haha. and puiyi and azuri spent the hour teaching me how to use chopsticks properly. i STILL can't do it.

then came (not in chronological order) elise, nabil, jon, wengyee, melissa. the performance was quite good. apparently the shiela majid one was amazing. or so azuri kept telling us. this sharizad (sp?) dude was singing for the first half of the night. he was pretty good. jon was being all semangat-ed and cheering really loudly until the guy came down and asked jon's name and asked him to sing part of a song. that was really funny.

there was one point when he was going to sing this p. ramlee song and then elise was like 'who's p. ramlee?' and me and azuri just stared at her. like how can you NOT know who p. ramlee is? so then azuri was telling us about how yesterday, there was this guy who couldn't name all the 5 prime ministers of malaysia. at which elise exclaimed somewhat excitedly, 'THAT i can do.' hahahaha. so adorable.

after the sharizad dude the aseana percussion unit played. they were pretty good. nabil was probably high or something cause he got up and started 'dancing'. that was funny. we crammed ourselves into wengyee's car at about one-ish and her mother dropped us off at melissa's house; wengyee not included for she had church the next morning.

i only got one picture from jazz fest cause it was like really quite dark and i was quite lazy.

so anyway, after spending much time in melissa's kitchen eating jelly, cake and mangoes - of course we had cake. melissa had to get rid of them nine cakes right. - and talking/gossiping/whatever you like to call it, we went upstairs and shamelessly watched high school musical 2. yes. that we did. it was not that bad. but rather fake in some sense. and waaay too cliche. went to bed at about 4 something.

i don't remember what time i got up this morning. well after puiyi and melissa got up we went for lunch at this vegetarian restaurant and now i'm back home. seriously. it's sunday, people. SUNDAY. and i haven't done any much work. i still have my bm lisan to do and moral and chem and bio and study for sejarah (which is not possible since i didn't bring my books home.) and so much more. ohmydeargod. i am screwed over.

went to jeannie's birthday yesterday at splash in westin. stressed quite alot about what to wear before that cause the dress code was like formal. ended up wearing a dress. this brown dress i got from aussieland like 2 years ago? or was it last year.

anyway, so i got to puiyi's house at about 5-ish and we left for westin. got there about 6 and waited for like half an hour for melissa to arrive cause she had our present and puiyi didn't want to walk in without a present. we get to splash and everyone is still like being thrown into the pool. and we're like the ONLY people in formal wear. =/ melissa totally blew up. that was quite strange cause you know melissa is very passive. she storms off somewhere and when me and puiyi find her again she's downstairs sipping a mocha frappacino from starbucks. seriously.

so like after all the drama we sit and eat. well i couldn't thanks to my separators but the rest of them did. thank god for mushroom soup or i'd have starved. a little into the party we played that you know stand on a sheet of newspaper and fold and fold and fold until you can stay on it anymore game. me and puiyi were like totally zen. =D didn't make it towards the end though. oh well. it was quite hilarious. then everybody was to dance but there was no good music on radio.

so, very genius elise and puiyi went to buy cds from starhill. after like some time they come running back, high heels and all. apparently some rempit tried to touch puiyi's ass. hahahahaha. hilarious. well i guess not really for elise and puiyi, but all of us laughed anyway.

puiyi bought a sprite after the bill closed which cost 13.80. just thought i'd like to mention it. i mean like 13.80. seriously. one can is like what 1 buck something at the most? and she didn't even finish it. we had to like go.

got home at 12 i think, after i got picked up from puiyi's. no pictures. i didn't bring my camera. my bag was way too small. haha.

i feel quite hardworking today. i woke up and like did addmath. =D yesyesyes. i had lunch just now, porridge. well cause you know, i can't bite. and my genius maid terspilled some sesame oil on me. now i smell like sesame. rather disconcerting. well.

i don't know whether to go to melissa's dad's birthday thing tonight or to jazz fest.

yesterday was leon's really belated birthday thing. we went to red box. haha. but before that, trixie went to put on bloody separators and tighten the retainer/plate thing. now my teeth hurt. like HELL.

after my ortho appoinment i went to pick up aleena from mcdonalds after her jamming session. got back to my house and we basically hanged until it was time to leave for the curve. got there half an hour too early. which is reeaeally new for aleena. hahaha. wandered around the curve until 7. there are surprisingly many shops in the curve which i have not seen before. interesting huh. people were giving us weird looks cause we were carrying around leon's present. which incidentally was a basketball. which we tied a big RED bow onto. must've looked really strange...

anyway come 7 we made our way to borders and sat around reading magazines until nabil and jon came. the rest took their time to come. in the order of: wengyee, minyan, leon and richard. ate at vivo. that was the first time i found out that IT BLOODY HURTS TO BITE.

so after that we went to red box. it was fun. except that leon absolutely refused to sing. but otherwise. =) went home at about 11. i have pictures. but it was like kinda dark. so the pictures are all dark and blurry. lazy to upload. maybe later.

so i like just got home like at 5-ish. we went to ou yesterday at about 12. with a very strange array of people i might add. but it was fun. =) met wengyee outside french connection. saw keefe. waited a while then max showed up with wanru. so we stood around and wanru and keefe left to buy tickets. then we realised it was rather pointless to stand around waiting for the rest. so we went to buy tickets for ratatouille. =D jobo, jon and sam showed up eventually and we all went for tepanyaki. then elise came and left with sam to go i don't know where. the rest of us had baskin robbins. and melissa showed up. went for movie.

ratatouille was awesome. so hilarious and adorable.

aleena of course arrives AFTER the movie. we go to meet her and her mother at carl's jr. lalalalal. something something something. we end up sitting in one world hotel drinking expensive drinks to kill time. jon and max had left us to go play pool or something. puiyi comes and we hear her rant about myschoolrocks and losing to some children. hahaha.


lepak around for a while. shopped for abit. then we had dinner at shakey's. at about 8-ish, aleena's cousins and friend (arif, haris and haifz) comes and picks us up to go to the curve. met roxanne and family. wished her a happy birthday.

then we went to laundry. and then we played foosball and pool. we were totally creamed by aleena and her cousins' friend, hafiz. well thanks mostly to hafiz cause you aleena.. mostly luck. hahaha. we then leave at about 11-ish cause aleena's cousins had to go to langkawi. we go home in his bodyguard's car. =/ here, puiyi asks this, "if they're his bodyguards, why aren't they guarding his body?" hahaha. seriously puiyi. we travel a little way and then they get a call that arif's tyre/tire? pancit. hilarious. so we take a detour to help them out. when we finally get to aleena's house it's about 1 or so. pitstop at 7/11 to get junk food.

we clean up and then watch the simpsons movie. melissa totally like passed out. and wengyee slept too. at about 4 or 5 we're too tired to continue the movie so we like pause it and fall asleep. haha. woke up at 9. then we watched no vacancy. it was okay i guess. but the ending totally potong-ed steam. sigh. then had nasi lemak. and continued simpsons. it's definitely VERY FUNNY. and then we left for ou. AGAIN. we like totally lepak-ed and shopped. we we're rather tired to do much though. so we sat at that place near the movie escalator and watched people. after wengyee and puiyi left, me, melissa and aleena spot this really hot white dude. ahaha. and aleena wanted to stalk him. so cause we had nothing better to do; we did. melissa went home though. so we're joined by aiman. it was really funny cause the dude was clad entirely in black and white so aleena kept saying he was in a cow suit. and then aiman actually thought there WAS a guy in an actual cow suit wandering around ou. haha.

we followed hot white dude around. all the way from the movie floor to the ground floor. aleena got all giggly and excited when we got close.. =/ so yeah. not very conspicuous. we lost him when we had to go pee. unfortunately. pityy.

i went into zara to get this shirtdress i spotted yesterday. only 59.90. not bad if i do say so myself. then i went home. hmm. what eventful days eh?

sunday morning.

woke up kinda late today. about 9-ish. and i lazed around until 10. went for breakfast someplace near our school. don't remember the name of the restaurant.

there was a durian feast at signature kitchen warehouse. haha. free durian mann. =P and i relived my childhood and made sand art. wheee.










after that we went to look for marble or was it granite. i don't remember. i fell asleep in the car so i don't really know what happened but apparently we got lost. haha.

i had free time. =) so i went for a manicure. AND a pedicure. hehe. so basically, that was my sunday. how very interesting eh?

yes. today was patriotic run. ended up 4th. am not satisfied. but well, i didn't train much so i guess i can't expect anything.

merdeka carnival was stress. yeap. but i guess we sold most of our things and got quite alot of profit in the end. at the end of it, they were playing with them spray spray thingies which smelt seriously horrible. i'm telling you, i was ASSAULTED. like 5 times? yuck.

it's been a really tiring day, so i can't really remember anything. so that's it i guess.

today we had physics peka. and we did some napthalene experiment about latent heat capacity. and sooo. a water bath was used. at 90 degrees celcius. and us smart people (trixie, nat, wengyee, shu-hui, ch'n-wen, richard, ian) decided to stick our fingers in the water to see how long we could last. not very long. then we had some competition. =) then we dropped ian's pick into the beaker and tried to get it out. repeatedly.

you could say we're crazy. miss hoo sure thinks so.

holiday in the middle of nowhere.

well. pd was fun. not to mention tiring. we had this what happened in pd stays in pd sort of thing on the bus, so i really can't tell you much so yeah. left school at 4 cause of the myschoolrocks people. buuus rideee. reached there and checked out the dorms. dinner was like barbeque. had drinks and then swam. played water polo. after a while the guys started like tackling you for the ball so yeahh. it was fun though. slept quite late. a few people got pissed. that was some sort of entertainment. but then when you're high, everything is kinda funny.

me, puiyi and melissa woke up like at 7 the next day to go to the beach. where we were rather jobless and stared at the never ending ocean and stuck our toesies in the dirty sand. i got a rash from the sea water. =/ had breakfast which took like 40 minutes to arrive and then we played basketball. and i can't really remember much what we did. it was very sort of passive, like do whatever you want kinda thing. oh right. we played beach volleyball and swam abit.

aleena's band thing was at night. after that we sorta drank some and then we watched disturbia. and we were all excited and all when melissa's dvd like stopped working. argh the frustration. ended up watching black snake moan. which was okay. though i fell asleep in the middle and didn't really know what was happening. haha.

we decided to stay up all night. we being trixie, azuri, jon and melissa. and keefe too i think. but he went to sleep earlier. we ended up sleeping at 5.30 on majority agreement. and me just cause i didn't want to sit outside alone until morning. well, i woke up at like 7-ish. and stoned until 9.30. i seriously just like sat outside our dorm and stared at the wall with my mp3 until someone came out. well i also walked around the go-kart track a couple of times.

i'm skipping some details about go-karting and puiyi's hilarious driving... bus ride home. slept most of the way. got home. mummy picked me up and i gladly went home to sleep. aaaaaah. i realise that i didn't really take many pictures on the trip. hmm. oh well.

got to school like after pe today. and i find out that they ran 1500m. i am so disappointed. well not really. i was quite happy sleeping. haha. i find a spider in my locker. and one by my desk during break. i was rather perplexed by the appearance of these spiders. until i find out that it was the scheming of jia, shuhui, amanda and ch'n-wen. thanks you guys. =)

i don't suppose this is the grand way of celebrating my sweet sixteen. but i've never been the type to have huge celebrations. ever since i was eight. going to dinner with parents later. nothing much to blog about really.

oh unfortunate grasshopper.

yukuan brought a half-dead grasshopper to school today. we find out he named it chandini. after our dear homeroom teacher. haha. so poor chandini was stuck in the pencil sharpener case thing all day. then during math he took it out. and i pity the poor insect. not that i'm an insect lover or anything but still. so then they were walking around asking people to kill it. so i did. i put it out of it's misery. euthanasia as one might put it. and now i'm known as 'the chandini killer'. sigh. people.

our class seems to have an affinity to keep disabled insects as pets.

no netball so went for athletics. it rained. =)

i should be studying for class tests but oh well.

i haven't been updating; yes. let me get through class tests alive and i will provide a lengthy post on whatever that's been happening.

here's a brief list:

1. jilynn's party thing.
2. our class has recently adopted a pet fly. i decided to call it fido. but then that evolved to flydo. nothing much was said of it afterward. when we got back to class, tragically, fido/flydo was missing. 'tis very hard to find a small fly in a big classroom.
3. junlin's birthday was on the 16th. happy birthday junlin. the class sang him a birthday song. haha. and his ears turned his trademark bright red. =P
   
4. i have successfully converted jia into a draco/hermione facfic shipper. =)
   
5. i have recently found out that my usage of blantantly as a synonym for obviously has been wrong. as the correct word is actually blatantly. seriously. sigh.

girls' night out.

so sunday we went out for shan's dinner thing. well my mother dropped me off at melissa's house at 5.30 where we like waited for wengyee pick us up. we got to tony roma's and we see changlin. =) with his family. wave here and there. sit. order. blahblahblah. melissa's parents call. her mother or father. can't remember which. and so we fabricated some lie and stayed till 12. oh and we saw ms hoo too. it was her birthday. =D got some random balloon and wrote HAPPY BIRTHDAY MS. HOO! from aleena, puiyi, melissa, wengyee and trixie. and sent it over with a piece of cake. hehe. we are such great students. *grin*

so then we went to borders cause melissa wanted to get some anime book thingies. then went to sanctuary. got some booooze. =D i swear we're all going to be alcoholics. after drinks puiyi was all red and stuff and so she like refused to leave until shan melissa and aleena went to get her some 5o something ringgit powder. which i thought was rather unnecessary.

then we walked over to cineleisure to play pool. which i was sort of unsuccessful at. i learn however. hahaha. played foosball. where me puiyi and wengyee like totally KICKED ASS. =) or maybe aleena shan and melissa just sucked. hahahah.

then went back to melissa's. and straight to her fridge. okay fine. we changed first to pajamas. no shower. was really late. i felt somewhat filthy. anyway, straight to her fridge for beers. what'd i say about alcoholics? seriously. aleena got seriously high. and i tell you people. the only way i can get my friends to take pictures with me is to get them drunk. seriously.

many cans later. puiyi really wanted to get a hangover for some reason. it must be in one of those lists. you know. 100 things to do before you die. or something. hahaha.

woke up the next day at 7. don't ask why. we slept at 4. lalala. off to ou to meet jia and unknown mozart people. cause you see, we didn't really know who was actually coming. turned out to be. me, jia, nat, shuhui, carmen, junlin, chienwen, richard, kokwai, yukuan, and derek. yes, derek. amazing right. it wasn't that bad i guess. 11 out of 27. =/ haha. we watched fantastic four: rise of the silver surfer. which was cool. and then transformers. which was AWESOME. i liked the little spider like robot. =) there was this part of the movie where the whole row of us just like laughed like really loud and crazily and the rest of the cinema was like kinda quiet. i thought that was funny. haha.

saw lotsa kduians there. considering it was our occasional holiday. saw JILYNN! and jason. hehehe. and liying. =) them aussie people. among the kduians, the 4edison people were on an outing, 4dickens people too, us 4mozart people, some random form5s, azuri, sherry and people, jon, nabil, shum, ex-3edison people, max, ujin, cedric, matt, john. and so on la.

i had to go at 4.30-ish. to see the orthodontist. little did i know then, that was the end of solid food. sigh. i had a plate fitted. to apparently 'open up my bite'. i have to wear it for 2 months or so before i extract and get separators. dinner that night was porridge. slept through most of the night. didn't do any work.

next day, as i expected, wengyee tormented me about the rather retarded speech impediment. sigh. oh well. had porridge again. nothing eventful. pictures will be up next post. internet is kinda slow today.

so. as everybody knows, since well everybody went on this field trip, that we form 4's like took a bus trip to bukit cahaya agricultural park. where i honestly don't know what we did. basically just walked around. ALOT.

so the rather interesting highlights of the trip was like:

• the whole truth/dare fiasco in the bus.
• yukuan and his monkey girlfriend. =P
• ch'n-wen falling down. hahahaha. sorry. sadistic, i am.
• puiyi getting attacked by a monkey.
• screehing, annoying, sort of entertaining, deranged pyscho cockatoo.
• PORCUPINES!!
• aaaaand that's about it.

apparently, a tree with many different types of fruits. among which were, durian, cempedak, rambutan, giant mangosteens and... mehh. just some huge tree bearing weird lookid 'fruits'.

it's official.

yes it is. i'm getting braces. took the x-ray and mould today. mhmm. i may not have to pull out any teeth. =D oh andandandandandAND i don't have any wisdom teeth. yay. =) wisdom teeth tend to bring pain when they grow. so yay.

getting separators next week. aack.

field trip to some mosquito-infested agricultural park has been awaited for with much abated breath. one day to go. haha.
